Earn 30,000 Bonus Points with the Marriott Rewards Credit Card

The Marriott Rewards® Credit Card offers 30,000 bonus points after you spend just $1,000 within the first three months.  Plus you will also receive 2 free night e-certificates upon account approval.  All together this is enough for 4 free nights.

At most Marriott hotels (includes Ritz-Carlton®, Renaissance®, Courtyard®, Fairfield®, Springhill Suites®) you will earn 3 points  for every dollar spent on your hotel bill.  You’ll also earn 1 point for every dollar spent on everything else.

You will receive 10 Nights Credit toward Elite membership level 6-8 weeks after account opening, and every year thereafter on your account anniversary.  This is enough for Silver Elite Status, which brings a special reservation line, exclusive guest services check-in line, late check-out, special elite discounts, and more.  You will also earn 1 Elite Night Credit for every $3,000 spent.  The low annual fee ($45) is waived the first year.

Best Features of the Marriott Rewards Credit Card:

  • 30,000 points with $1,000 in spending in the first 3 months.
  • 2 free night e-certificates (category 1-4 hotels) after account approval (allow 6-8 weeks).
  • Earn 3 points per dollar spent at Marriott and 1 point per dollar spent on everything else.
  • You will achieve Silver Elite status.  The card provides 10 nights credit toward Elite status after account opening and every year thereafter.
  • Redeem 4 nights with your points and get the 5th night free.
  • Book PointSavers Rewards to receive up to a 33% savings on point redemptions.

Using Points:

  • Can be used for  hotel stays, as follows:

Marriott Rewards Premier Visa Card points table

  • Redeem 4 nights with your points and get the 5th night free.

  • PointSavers Rewards typically have lesser availability but offer up to a 33% savings on regular point redemptions.
